Andreas Riha
Director & Sales Manager
Managing partner of Swipe Corporate Andreas is a passionate about property now as the day he started his career in Property in 2004. Having successfully sold this Letting agency business in 2012, Andreas successfully marketed and sold bespoke software for the rental industry across Ireland & the UK. Andreas worked as a Account Director for one of the largest software vendors selling enterprise software across Europe. As a travelling executive Andreas understands the requirements of corporate short term rental and with his previous property skills formed Swipe Corporate with Colin.
Colin Napper
Director & Property Manager
Managing partner of Swipe Corporate Colin Napper started his career in Property in 2004 setting up one of Dublin's largest Letting agents. Having successfully sold this Letting agency business in 2012, Colin shifted his attention to software development for the Property industry helping develop technology to streamline the job of lettings & estate agents. In 2015 Colin decided to apply his knowledge and passion back into the lettings marketplace in Dublin opening Swipe Property letting agency, Swipe holiday rentals and Swipe Corporate lets with the aim to providing more options for landlords to let their properties to International business travellers & tourists.
John Paul Mooney
Director & Financial Controller
John Paul Mooney is a qualifed accounantant whom has worked with Andreas and Colin since 2004 helping manage accounts and tax returns for hundreds of landlords. John paul specialises in tax advice, tax returns & property acquisitions for invenstors and landlords and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Swipe Corporate team.
